Since past 30 years, has demonstrated his exemplary endeavor in the field of environmental conservation. Joining MSEB as a Chief Engineer, for past 09 years he took various measures for energy conservation and ecologically sustainable practices in power stations. He was awarded by MEDA, Pune for his contribution in energy conservation. After joining Nashik Thermal Power Station as Chief Engineer, various innovative measures are initiated by him like the use of “Eco-friendly Magic Box” which generates useful organic manure from household waste, plantation of 21000 saplings, installed biogas plant, sanitary napkin disposal system is being installed. Develop ‘Peace Park’ with modern green gym equipment.
