He is Msc Ecology and Environment, Manipal University, Sikkim., Bsc Forestry, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. Currently he is CEO of Vanalok Pvt. Ltd. and Media Advisor, KSPCB.

He Conceptualised and developed innovative educational materials on issues such as environment, forest, wildlife, water, sacred groves, medicinal plants, birds, amphibians, reptiles, tress, sanitation, biodiversity conservation, hygine, health, waste management, forest fire, urban transportation etc.

Ideated and demonstrated the need for nature education for rural students residing near forest areas that was converted into a Govt scheme Chinnara. Vana Darshan benefi10,000 students every year.
