It has scores of petitions in the High Court and National Green Tribunal Pune. Nisarga has set up various nursery from time to time to further bio-diversity conservation in Madgao,Mapusa and has supplied around 20000 saplings to NGOs and public free of cost. Tree plantations projects are undertaken successfully along with Nisarga Nature Clubs nurseries at various places in Mapusa, Bardez, Arboretum.
