Mr. Reddy is M. Sc. (Geology), and stood 6th in the University of Mysore. He is a Hydrogeologist and a Rain Water Harvesting Advisor. He has wide experience in the rainwater harvesting field since 1987. He has taken revolutionary steps for the implementation of many projects. Presently, he works as a leading Consultant in Karnataka for Government & Non Government Organizations, along with private sectors like Educational Institutions (Agricultural University), Agriculture Farms, Engineering Colleges, Rural Schools & Colleges, the Watershed Department, Danida (Jalanandi), Rotary Clubs, NSS, Mining Industries and Steel Plants etc.
