Born on October 5th, 1950 at Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh, India), currently he is working as Principal PMB Gujarati Science College Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Rakesh Trivedi is a teacher by profession, a scientist by training, a zoologist by discipline, an environmentalist at heart and a science communicator by hobby. A dedicated visionary, Dr. Trivedi is imparting knowledge of management skills, especially disaster and environment management to his pupils in DAVV Institute of management studies, Indore. His passionate involvement in environmental issues – both academic and social, is well known, well retched, published and widely felicitated. He is a regular contributor to the Hindi daily “Naidunia”.
