Bhola is a representative of the young generation of the Korku tribe in Melghat. He has formed a group of young Korku volunteers who assist forest department in protection of wildlife. He, through his network has provided many livelihood options to young korkus so that they should not migrate to cities in search of work. He has a team of young naturalists, who guide the tourist visiting melghat.
