For last 35 years, he is undertaking environmental initiatives, especially production and distribution of plant saplings to rural and urban areas. He educates the people by giving scientific information about medicinal plants and encourages them for plantation. He participates in ‘Vrukshya Dindi’ and advocates tree plantation. He has written articles for children of ‘Harit Sena’.
