Dr. Bhalchandra Sathye is a founder secretary of Rugna Seva Prakalp (RSP) Miraj. RSP is a voluntary organization where number of organizations working together in the field of Health, Environment Protection and Rural Development since 23 years. The activities organized by RSP in the field of environment are Kisan Nursery Project, preparation of samplings for Social Forest Department and social organizations. They adopt National Environmental Awareness Campaign (programme of Ministry of E & F) for awareness creation.Herbal nursery and cultivation of herbal medicinal plants in 20 villages from MirajTaluka, programme for women, cultivation and training of preparation of home medicines by using the herbs are some of the activities organized by RSP.
